Pillo is something you talk to in private moments, so we built it to collect as little as possible and to give you control over the rest.

When Pillo listens

Pillo only starts listening after you say the wake word or press its button. An indicator shows when the microphone is on, and you can turn the microphone off from the device or the app.

Where your voice goes

Short audio clips are encrypted in transit over your Wi-Fi to our cloud speech and AI providers, which turn them into a reply. By default, the audio isn’t kept after the reply is delivered.

What is stored

Nothing about your conversations is saved unless you turn on Conversation History. If you do, text transcripts (not audio) are stored in your account so you can review, export or delete them anytime in the app.

What we never do

We don’t sell your personal data.
