Does Pillo work without a membership?
Yes. It talks, warms and plays sounds in the default voice. You won’t have memory, Conversation History or custom voices.
Is there a commitment?
No. It’s month to month and you can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel?
In the Pillo app. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my history if I cancel?
Your saved conversations, personal voices and custom settings are deleted, and may not come back if you subscribe again.

How is my privacy protected?
Pillo only listens after you activate it. Audio is encrypted on its way to our cloud AI. Transcripts are only stored if you turn on History, and you can export or delete them anytime. We don’t sell your personal data.
